From the outside, a good service looks calm. From the inside, it’s a string of small decisions: what goes out now, who helps whom, what can wait another minute. That’s the part of the job that really interests me.

I started at a pastry shop in Csepel. From 2023 to 2025 I worked at Garden Café & Wine in Szigetszentmiklós, where the owners gave me more and more responsibility. Today I work at Alelí Budapest, to the standards of a Michelin Guide–recommended restaurant, with an international clientele.

I like it when a plate, a table, or a whole dining room is orderly and well thought out. Next, I’d like to join a team that values that, and where I can take the next step professionally.

1. Fall 2025 – Present

   Alelí Budapest

   Food Runner · Budapest

   A Michelin Guide–recommended Italian restaurant in Dani García’s restaurant group. On several occasions, management has entrusted me with coordinating the runner team during particularly busy services. I help train new runners and keep the kitchen and the service team in sync.

2. Since 2025

   ANTON by Alelí

   Server & Bartender · Budapest

   Alelí’s sister restaurant. As part of my role at Alelí, I worked here as both a server and a bartender.

3. 2023–2025

   Garden Café & Wine

   Server & Bartender · Szigetszentmiklós

   The owners entrusted me with coordinating the service team and organizing bar operations. On several occasions, I ran shifts on my own, including the end-of-day close and cash-out, and I was responsible for purchasing kitchen ingredients.

4. 2023

   Meringa Cukrászda (pastry shop)

   Budapest-Csepel

   My first job in hospitality, selling ice cream, pastries, cakes, and drinks and serving guests directly.

Even in a busy service, I quickly see what matters now and what can wait. At Alelí, management has entrusted me on several occasions with coordinating the runner team on the busiest nights.
